MATS UNIVERSITY The emblem of MATS University (MU) is a yellow shield which holds a monogram of the university, a pair of laurels, its name overwritten by a tick mark and its motto ‘Ready for Life…’. The monogram is in red, yellow and blue colours; shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication and the colour yellow signifies happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity.
