CENTRAL FOOD TECHNOLOGICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE CSIR−Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore (A constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi) came into existence during 1950 with the great vision of its founders and a network of inspiring as well as dedicated scientists who had a fascination to pursue in-depth research and development in the areas of food science and technology. CSIR -NATIONAL AEROSPACE LABORATORIES National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL, a constituent of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), India, established in the year 1959 is the only government aerospace R&D laboratory in the country’s civilian sector. CSIR-NAL is a high-technology oriented institution focusing on advanced disciplines in aerospace. Its light blue emblem has a tail of an aircraft supported by the emblem of CSIR and at the bottom its acronym is written in sans serif letters.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION RESOURCES National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources (NISCAIR) is one of the premier institutes of CSIR serving the society using modern IT infrastructure. Its emblem has a compact disc (CD), a book in the background of the earth as globe, which has a satellite revolving around.
