CENTRAL SOIL AND MATERIALS RESEARCH STATION The circular seal of Central Soil and Materials Research Station (CSMRS) has excavated earth placed with testing equipment in the hollow portion ensconced by a circular border bearing its name in Devanagari and English. Its motto ‘Service Through Research Since 1954’ supports the seal and its Devanagari version surmounts it.
