INTERNATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE FOR FOOD SAFETY AND APPLIED NUTRITION The International Training Centre for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (ITCFSAN) is a state-of the-art training facility located in the premises of Export Inspection Agency (EIA) at Mumbai. The centre is established through an alliance between food regulatory bodies of India - viz. Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and Export Inspection Council (EIC) and Global Food Safety Partnership (GFSP), an initiative of the World Bank. Its logo is a monogram using the colours of Indian tricolour and its acronym. The ‘f’ is written in the same style as in FSSAI. Its name is written below the monogram.
