SOPHISTICATED ANALYTICAL & TECHNICAL HELP INSTITUTES The orange, green and blue service mark of Sophisticated Analytical & Technical Help Institutes (SATHI) has three hands holding the other in a circle with green border, houses the motifs of the National Emblem, a motif of a factory and a book and a mortarboard hat. The green border is inscribed with the name of the Ministry. All these are ensconced by a dark blue circular border, the name of the programme is written. The hands denote working together for strength, support and synergy and the factory and the book and hat denote industrial and educational institutional domain the programme is in operation.
