ELECTRONICS CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED

Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) was founded by Dr. A.S. Rao, under the Department of Atomic Energy on April 11, 1967 with a view to generate strong indigenous capability in the field of professional grade electronics. ECIL pioneered the development of various complex electronics products like the first digital computer, first control and instrumentation of nuclear power plants, first earth station antenna, first electronic voting machines etc. ECIL has evolved over the years as a multiproduct company serving multiple sectors of the Indian economy with an emphasis on import of country substitution and development of products and services that are of economic and strategic significance to the country. The logo of ECIL is a word mark with its acronym of the organisation’s name is ‘EC’ written in English and ‘ईका’ in Devanagari script.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

GLOBAL CENTRE FOR NUCLEAR ENERGY PARTNERSHIP Global Centre for Nuclear Energy Partnership (GCNEP) comes under the purview of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) of Government of India. The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English. The motto of the institution is written along the circumference in Devanagari ‘राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु’ meaning ‘Atoms in the Service of the Nation, above and below respectively in grey. The taglines are supported on either side by Indian National Tricolour stripes.
