It is ensconced by a brown circle inscribed with its name and a motif of handshake. All these are placed on a yellow ochre circle inscribed with its name written in Kannada with its year of establishment. The plant and the flower refer to the agricultural focus of the bank and the natural resources of the Belagavi district.tractor refers to modern farming practices and the bank's support for agricultural mechanisation; the farmer refers to the bank's core clientele and its commitment to supporting the farming community; the factory refers to industrial sector's presence in the district and the bank's role in its development and the handshake refers to partnership, cooperation, and trust between the bank and its stakeholders.

SAMBALPUR UNIVERSITY The Sambalpur University Act was passed by the Odisha Legislature on December 10, 1966 and the University started functioning from January 1, 1967. The university was inaugurated on January 4, 1967. In 1973 the University was shifted to the present campus named Jyoti Vihar at Burla. The emblem of the university has the motifs of gear wheels, chimney and electric transmission tower representing industry; plough representing agriculture; deer representing the local wildlife; an open book denoting knowledge and wisdom; a torch symbolising light, truth and power; the Wheel of Konark symbolising Odisha’s culture and history and river symbolising Mahanadi.
