The cyan, red and blue emblem of National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) has a cyan ‘Q’ with a red isosceles triangle referring to promotion of ‘Q’ for quality. The triangle is crested by the Staff of Hermes which is supported by the letter ‘H’ denoting hospital and medical institutions and medicine. Its acronym NABH is written below the motifs. The colour cyan symbolises sky, hope and spring, peace, tranquillity, calmness, relaxation, emotional balance and the red symbolises passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration.
