The emblem of Semi-Conductor Laboratory (SCL) is a cyan rectangle housing the monogram of  ‘SC’ in a bold and emphatic manner in white. It supposedly depicts a semiconductor. The cyan colour denotes sky, hope and spring, peace, tranquillity, calmness, relaxation and emotional balance.
