The emblem of Project Planning and Implementation Division (PPID) of Quality Council of India (QCI) has a dark blue square standing on its corner supported by similar shapes in cyan indicating the supporting role it plays to the government entities and crested by an upward pointing square. On the right its name is written in black. The colour blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty; cyan symbolises sky, hope and spring, peace, tranquillity, calmness, relaxation, emotional balance and black symbolises mystery, power, elegance and sophistication.
