The cyan and red emblem of Northern India Textile Research Association (NITRA) is a wordmark of its acronym ‘NITRA’ created depicting stacked layers of cotton surmounted by ‘ISO 9001’ and supported by ‘Organisation’. The colour cyan denotes sky, hope and spring, peace, tranquillity, calmness, relaxation and emotional balance and the red denotes passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration.

DOORDARSHAN 1959 Doordarshan (DD) is an autonomous public service broadcaster founded by the Government of India, which is one of two divisions of Prasar Bharati. It was established on September 15, 1959. DD provides television, online and mobile services throughout metropolitan and regional India, as well as overseas, through the satellite network. INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY) VARANASI The Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) (IIT BHU) Varanasi owes its existence to Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, the founder of the first residential University of modern India, Banaras Hindu University (BHU). Engineering education in BHU started in 1919 with the establishment of Banaras Engineering College (BENCO). The next stage of development saw the establishment of College of Technology (TECHNO) and College of Mining & Metallurgy (MINMET). AGRICULTURE UNIVERSITY, JODHPUR Agriculture University, Jodhpur (AUJ) was established on September 14, 2013 by the Government of Rajasthan under Agriculture University, Jodhpur Act 21 of 2013 to focus on holistic development of arid and semi arid regions of the state covering the districts of Jodhpur, Barmer, Nagaur, Pali, Jalore and Sirohi. The predominantly green circular emble of the university has a rising sun from the sand dunes supported by a pair of ears of corn.
