INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS

On 28 December 1885, 72 social reformers, journalists and lawyers congregated for the first session of Indian National Congress at Gokuldas Tejpal Sanskrit College, Bombay. As of 2021, the election symbol of Congress, as approved by the Election Commission of India, is an image of a right hand with its palm facing front and its fingers pressed together; this is usually shown in the centre of a tricolour flag. This symbol was first used by Indira Gandhi when she split from the Congress (R) faction following the 1977 elections and created the New Congress (I). The hand is supposed to be symbolic of strength, energy and unity.

DAKSHIN BIHAR GRAMIN BANK Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (DBGB) is a Regional Rural Bank (RRB) founded on January 1, 2019. It was formed by amalgamating two RRBs of Bihar viz. Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank (MBGB) and Bihar Gramin Bank (BGB). DBGB is sponsored by Punjab National Bank (PNB). The emblem of the bank has a motif of three leaf-like designs in yellow inscribed with ‘D’, ‘BG’ and ‘B’ - the bank's acronym on the leaves. This is supported by a pair of crowns of wheat in yellow colour with their stem crossed. All these are supported by a green oval background. Its motto is written in Devanagari ‘ग्रामीण विकास हमारी प्रतिबद्धता’ on top and in English ‘Committed to Rural Development’ at the bottom of the red border surrounding the emblem separated by yellow dots. Green denotes hope, freedom, agriculture, nature and fertility and yellow denotes happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity. INDIRA GANDHI RASHTRIYA MANAV SANGRAHALAYA A nucleus of a 'National Museum of Man' began functioning from New Delhi from March 21, 1977 as part of the Anthropological Survey of India. In 1978 it was separated from the Anthropological Survey of India and declared as an Independent Subordinate Office of the Department of Culture, Government of India. In March 1985 the Museum was renamed as Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya, which was later through a Cabinet decision named after Indira Gandhi as Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS). For international perspective the term ‘National Museum of Mankind’ was adopted. Its logo has a slender dancing girl stylistically depicted in tribal art form in red on a background of yellow.

It provides a collective view of eTransactions performed through e-Governance applications implemented including, but not limited to, the national level mission mode projects under the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP). ETaal facilitates quick analysis of eTransaction data shared by various applications in tabular as well as graphical from enabling the user to drill down to the lowest possible level. eTaal addresses the qualitative aspects of service delivery and follows a concept of 'Quantility', which means quantity with 'quality. BHAGWANT UNIVERSITY Bhagwant University Ajmer is established by Bhagwant Education Foundation which has also established Bhagwant Global University Kotdwar. This is the only university in Rajasthan which offers engineering courses in aeronautics, petroleum, nanotechnology and agriculturre. INDIAN INSTITUTE OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS The in-principle approval was granted by Planning Commission in year 2006 for development of a world class institution on corporate affairs. The proposal for setting up of Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) was approved in 2007 February. IICA was conceived as a revenue generating model and in the initial stage at least 33 percent of the revenue expenditure should be income from their activities. Its corporate tagline is ‘Partners Governance Transfromation’. The monogram has a bright blue rectangular round cornered box with four yellow coloured floating strokes symbolising the range of issues, which the institution may address; the acronym partially in white in the box and partially out of it.

INDIAN INSTITUTE OF CROP PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY The Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology (Formerly Paddy Processing Research Centre) is a pioneer Research and Development Institute under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. The Institute has its origin in 1967 when it was started as research and development laboratory in the Modern Rice Mill complex of Thanjavur Co-operative Marketing Federation (TCMF) at Tiruvarur, Tamilnadu. The Institute was later upgraded as a national laboratory with the name Paddy Processing Research Centre - PPRC in 1972. Ministry of Food Processing Industries strengthened and upgraded the PPRC as a National Institute in February 2008 and was called as Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology (IICPT).
