BRAHMAPUTRA CRACKER AND POLYMER LIMITED
Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) was incorporated during January 2007 as central public sector enterprise under the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals for implementing the Assam Gas Cracker Project on April 18, 2006. The project is located at Lapetkata, District Dibrugarh, Assam. The Feedstock for the project will be natural gas and naphtha. Oil India Ltd and Oil and Natural Gas Commission will supply Natural gas. The project will produce 2.20 lakhs tonnes of ethylene. The principal end products will be polypropylene 60,000 tonnes per annum and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) / Linear Low Density polyethylene (LLDPE) totaling 220,000 tonnes per annum  . Its monogram has B, C, P and L over-written one over the other using cyan and parrot green. On its left top four dots two each in red and green are placed.

All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English.
