Established in May, 1991 under the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology (IPFT) established a healthy rapport with the pesticides industries and has been able to successfully transfer technology for safer, efficient and environment friendly formulations. The Institute also functions as a Technical Coordinator Unit on user and environment friendly pesticide formulation technology and quality control of RENPAP, one of the largest networks of UNDP and UNIDO comprising of 15 countries of Asia. The dark blue coloured logo has flask with chemical and acronym ‘IPFT’ at its bottom and supported by wreaths of leaves on both sides. This is placed inside a eight teeth gear wheel.

SHRI RAMSWAROOP MEMORIAL UNIVERSITY  Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University (SRMU) was established by Uttar Pradesh State Government ACT 1 of 2012. SRMU is built upon the excellence of Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Group of Professional Colleges (SRMGPC) in engineering and business education. Its emblem has a red pot of nectar spewing out from a red vessel which has its motto ‘विद्ययाऽमृतमश्नुते’ meaning ‘Knowledge enjoys Immortality’ taken from Ishopanishad Verse 11, written on and supported by the blue globe with latitudinal and longitudinal lines. THE I.K. GUJRAL PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU) was established by an Act of State Legislature on January 16, 1997, to promote technical, management and pharmaceutical education in the State. It got its current name in 2015. The red and blue emblem of the university has a structure of an atom with a sun placed in the centre and supported at the bottom by a pair of hands on a blue circle, meaning the nourish, support and propagate technical and scientific education. It is ensconced in a red border which bears the name of the university in Punjabi and English.
