AKHIL BHARATIYA VIDYARTHI PARISHAD
Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) started activities somewhere in 1948 and registered on 9th July, 1949 as a Non-Government Organisation (NGO) under Societies Registration Act 1860 with Registrar of Joint Staff Companies, Delhi. ABVP has unflinching faith and conviction in Unity and integrity of Bharat, Bharatiya philosophies, National Reconstruction, rich cultural heritage and civilization continue to be the source of inspiration on the principles and practice of Dharma, effective participation of the students, youth and the people. Its emblem has a right hand holding a burning torch in the centre of a blue circle with map of India within white border, wherein its name in Devanagari in red is written and at the bottom of the circle is its motto ‘ज्ञान शील एकता' meaning ‘Knowledge Discipline Unity’ in blue.

MAULANA AZAD NATIONAL URDU UNIVERSITY Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is a Central University established by an Act of Parliament in 1998. The logo of the university has two strokes of orange and green forming the shape of ‘U’ in tricolour and has a ‘Ashoka Chakra’ at its top. This is supported by an open book on which images of an atom and a burning candle are depicted. Its name is written in Urdu atop the emblem on a banner; written in Devanagari on a banner above the logo and in English at its bottom. The book represents knowledge and education; the atom denotes science and the candle denotes light and guidance to discover the unknown.

SANT GAHIRA GURU VISHWAVIDYALAYA The circular emblem of Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya (SGCG), formerly known a s Sarguja University has a circular border in orange and green and has its name, place and motto inscribed in Devanagari and supported by a pair of tribal ornaments. The motto is written in Sanskrit which is an extract from the Kathopanishad ‘विद्ययाऽमृतमश्नुते’, (Shloka 11, Ishopanishad) meaning ‘Immortality is Gained from Learning’.
