It states that the corporate is built as a family business and on family values. Its areas of production include lighting, accessories, personal care, home appliances and wires and cables. Its logo is a multi tonal fresh green and cyan triangular ribbon supported by its name in cyan. The triangle symbolise growth and being flexible with colours of nature, it becomes affable. The name in cyan written in a crisp sans serif add to its values.

The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.
