The circular emblem in burgundy and blue of Himalayiya University (HU) has a motif of Mount Himalayas in  a cyan background with the national emblem of Ashoka Chakra placed behind its peak supported by an open book holding a traditional lamp. These are ensconced in a blue and burgundy circular border, on which its name and motto are inscribed separated by a pair of stars. The motto in Sanskrit ‘उतिष्ठत जाग्रत प्राप्य वरान्निबोधत’ (Mantra 14, Valli 3, Chapter 1, Kathopanishad - part of the dialogue between Yama and Nachiketa)  meaning ‘Get up, Wake up and Listen to the Boons you have Received’. The Mount Himalayas represent the geography of the university; the Ashoka Chakra represents the nation; the open book denotes education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; the lamp denotes light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the colour blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty and the colour burgundy symbolises  individuality, intensity, ambition, power and sophistication.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The logo of the university has a blue and green abstract pictorial of ‘U’ and on its right a wordmark of its name in capitals thin serif letters with smooth transition of strokes. The counter of the ‘U’ is filled blue and a stroke of blue and green flows across diagonally from left to right top. This is further cut out by another ‘U’ at the top right corner. The colour blue represents serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty and the colour green denotes life, production, fertility, agriculture, environment and nature. The bank's tagline is 'Aapka Bank, Aapke Dwaar'. The logo of the bank has a red circle superimposed by three parallel yellow strokes in unequal lengths flowing freely, upwards. The red dot denotes the hub of the bank and the parent organisation - Department of Post and the yellow lines denote its reach to each and every household providing them banking services. Yellow represents warmth, speed and light. The strokes denote speed, efficiency and quality service. AT the right of the motif, its name is written in red serif font, the serifs of which face left. RV University is a State private university which has been established in Karnataka State with RSST as the sponsoring body through Act No.11 of 2019.
