The emblem of ITM University (ITMU) has a monogram of its acronym ‘itm’ written using bold experimental typeface and placed inside a circular border on which its expanded name and its year of inception are inscribed. On a banner placed on the circle the motto of the university ‘Information is Life’ is written. Below the circular seal, the name of the university is written with lines supporting on top and bottom.

MANIPUR TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY The Manipur Technical University (MTU) is the first technical university of the State established on April 23, 2016. The circular emblem of the university has an orange eight toothed gear wheel bearing the university’s name in Meiteilon ensconcing the motifs of a pair of gear wheels, a student with mortarboard hat and a rising sun in the background of Kanglasha - Nongsaba, i.e. half lion and half dragon. MANKOLAM Mankolam, the abstract image of mango and the paisley design is shaped like a mango and associated with Lord Ganesha. Mangos are the sweetest of fruits, symbolizing auspiciousness and the happy fulfillment of legitimate worldly desires. In Sanskrit the design is known as mankolam and has long been used in India. In Tamil, ‘ma’ means Mango and kolam means rangoli pattern, suggesting a possible Tamil origin for the Sanskrit word.

EMBLEM OF HARYANA The state of Haryana was split from Punjab state on November 1,1966. The main part of the actual state was ceded to the East India Company in 1803. In 1832 it was added to the Northwest Provinces and in 1858 to Punjab to which it belonged until 1966. In the centre of the state the Principality of Jind was located. The emblem of Haryana shows a sun and a lotus-flower rising from a lake. The title of the emblem is 'Government of Haryana'. It is surrounded by a garland of ears of wheat and has the national symbol with motto of the Indian Republic as a crest.
