The insignia of Shri Shankaracharya Professional University (SSPU) is a yellow shield with very thick blue outlines, which holds a blue circle and a portion of its name in blue. The blue circle holds the motifs of lotus supporting a human head on a base of tripundra, its motto in Sanskrit which is an extract from the Kathopanishad ‘विद्ययाऽमृतमश्नुते’, (Shloka 11, Ishopanishad) meaning ‘Immortality is Gained from Learning’, an open book and the balance portion of its name. The shield symbolises protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the lotus denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty; tripundra denotes prana or life force and the three responsibilities performed by Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva respectively; the open book denotes education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; the human head is supported by all the support it needs to learn; yellow symbolises happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity and blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.

INDIA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LEGAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH The Bar Council of India Trust took the initiative to establish the India International University of Legal Education and Research in Goa (IIULER). It was established by the Bar Council of India Trust - Pearl First through a Statute of the Goa Legislature. The emblem of the university is a brown colour shield with thick golden borders holding the motifs of the globe and a map of India. The name of the university surmounts these motifs. The acronym of the university’s name is written on a golden banner below the shield. At the bottom the name of the promoters are written. The globe and the map of India symbolise the domain and scope of the university and its range of studies; the colour gold symbolises wealth, prosperity, power, prestige and achievement and the colour brown denotes earthiness, simplicity, stability, humility, warmth, reliability, endurance, timelessness and tradition.

SANGEET NATAK AKADEMI The Sangeet Natak Akademi - India's national academy for music, dance and drama - is the first national academy of the arts setup by the Republic of India. It was created on May 31, 1952. JAWAHARLAL NEHRU CENTRE FOR ADVANCED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) is an autonomous institution established in 1989 by the Department of Science and Technology of Government of India to commemorate the birth centenary year of Jawaharlal Nehru. The centre was recognized as an Institution Deemed to be University by University Grants Commission in 2002. The emblem of the institute has a tower carrying the flame on the cauldron atop. The tower is superscribed by the initials of Jawaharlal Nehru and at the bottom its acronym is written in blue sans serif font. The Army Training Command (ARTRAC) came into being on October 1, 1991 at Mhow in Madhya Pradesh. It subsequently shifted to Shimla on March 31, 1993. The sleeve patch of the Training Command is red, black and red horizontal striped badge and crossed swords golden yellow.
