The circular emblem of Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU) has a glowing sun on which the gear wheel is placed, which houses the motifs of a diagram of an atom, a shoot of a plant coming out of a seed and an open book. On the border between the gear wheel and the sun the motto of the university name of the university is inscribed in Sanskrit ‘विद्यया विन्दतेऽमृतम्’ (Verse 4 II, Kena Upanishad) meaning ‘By Self-knowledge Immortality is Attained’ and the name of the university in Devanagari separated by a pair of swastikas. The sun symbolises life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the gear wheel denotes interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the open book signifies education, learning, knowledge and wisdom; the shoots emerging from seeds denotes fresh knowledge, ideas, new opportunities and growth potential and the diagram of an atom denotes science and scientific temperament.

INDIA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LEGAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH The Bar Council of India Trust took the initiative to establish the India International University of Legal Education and Research in Goa (IIULER). It was established by the Bar Council of India Trust - Pearl First through a Statute of the Goa Legislature. The emblem of the university is a brown colour shield with thick golden borders holding the motifs of the globe and a map of India. The name of the university surmounts these motifs. The acronym of the university’s name is written on a golden banner below the shield. At the bottom the name of the promoters are written. The globe and the map of India symbolise the domain and scope of the university and its range of studies; the colour gold symbolises wealth, prosperity, power, prestige and achievement and the colour brown denotes earthiness, simplicity, stability, humility, warmth, reliability, endurance, timelessness and tradition.

SANGEET NATAK AKADEMI The Sangeet Natak Akademi - India's national academy for music, dance and drama - is the first national academy of the arts setup by the Republic of India. It was created on May 31, 1952. As the apex body specializing in the performing arts of the country, the Akademi also renders advice and assistance to the Government of India in the task of formulating and implementing policies and programmes in the field. Additionally, the Akademi carries a part of the responsibilities of the state for fostering cultural contacts between various regions in India, and between India and the world. It has constituent units, centre and interpretation centres spread all across India. The brown colour emblem of this academy has a horn and a traditional mask placed within a rectangle as a portrait. SAKTA TILAK Sakta or Shakta sect is the name of a Hindu sect, whose members worship the female principle of energy, which is the counterpart of the god Siva. JAWAHARLAL NEHRU CENTRE FOR ADVANCED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) is an autonomous institution established in 1989 by the Department of Science and Technology of Government of India to commemorate the birth centenary year of Jawaharlal Nehru. The centre was recognized as an Institution Deemed to be University by University Grants Commission in 2002. The emblem of the institute has a tower carrying the flame on the cauldron atop. The tower is superscribed by the initials of Jawaharlal Nehru and at the bottom its acronym is written in blue sans serif font. The flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power.

The aim of the Command is to maximize effectiveness of training and establish a dedicated organization for formulating concepts and doctrines, which are specifically applicable to our operational environment. The Army Training Command (ARTRAC) came into being on October 1, 1991 at Mhow in Madhya Pradesh. It subsequently shifted to Shimla on March 31, 1993. The sleeve patch of the Training Command is red, black and red horizontal striped badge and crossed swords golden yellow.
