The insignia of Jaypee University (JU) has a light blue colour circle on which a globe is placed on which a torch is placed. Around the blue circle the name of the institute is written. All these are supported by its acronym ‘JU’ written in blue colour bold experimental font, wherein the dots above ‘j’ is depicted as human head. At the bottom the motto of the university in Sanskrit ‘विद्या तत्व ज्योतिसमः’ meaning ‘The Element of Knowledge is Equal to Light’ is written. The globe symbolises education, knowledge, influence, timelessness, global unity and interconnectedness and the torch is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power.

NACO has taken measures to ensure that such people live a life without stigma and discrimination. Established under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in 1992, NACO is the nodal organisation for the formulation of policy and implementation of programmes for prevention and control of HIV/ AIDS in India. The logo for NACO is a wordmark consisting of text, typeface, and red cross ribbon wrapped around the letter 'A' in NACO. The red ribbon represents the organisation's elemental area of work towards the programmes for prevention and control of HIV/ AIDS in India.

The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The logo of the university has a blue and green abstract pictorial of ‘U’ and on its right a wordmark of its name in capitals thin serif letters with smooth transition of strokes. The counter of the ‘U’ is filled blue and a stroke of blue and green flows across diagonally from left to right top. This is further cut out by another ‘U’ at the top right corner. The colour blue represents serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty and the colour green denotes life, production, fertility, agriculture, environment and nature. The logo is modern, trendy and attractive.
