The emblem of the AAFT University of Media and Arts (ATTUMA) has a pictorial and a wordmark. The blue and red pictorial has a white shield with dual outlines houses the motifs of a flame supported by a decorative element. At its right its name is written in red using an experimental face and below that rest of the details are written. The shield symbolises protection, safety, courage, heritage, authority and bravery and the flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power. The colour red symbolises passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration and the blue denotes serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.

The emblem of this Centre has a traditional symbol of the Caduceus to represent medicine. This symbol derives from Hermes or Mercury, the winged messenger and is a staff intertwined by two snakes of Greek mythology in a background of the globe and open book. INDIA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LEGAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH The Bar Council of India Trust took the initiative to establish the India International University of Legal Education and Research in Goa (IIULER). It was established by the Bar Council of India Trust - Pearl First through a Statute of the Goa Legislature. The emblem of the university is a brown colour shield with thick golden borders holding the motifs of the globe and a map of India. The name of the university surmounts these motifs. The acronym of the university’s name is written on a golden banner below the shield. At the bottom the name of the promoters are written. The globe and the map of India symbolise the domain and scope of the university and its range of studies; the colour gold symbolises wealth, prosperity, power, prestige and achievement and the colour brown denotes earthiness, simplicity, stability, humility, warmth, reliability, endurance, timelessness and tradition.

SANGEET NATAK AKADEMI The Sangeet Natak Akademi - India's national academy for music, dance and drama - is the first national academy of the arts setup by the Republic of India. It was created on May 31, 1952. As the apex body specializing in the performing arts of the country, the Akademi also renders advice and assistance to the Government of India in the task of formulating and implementing policies and programmes in the field. Additionally, the Akademi carries a part of the responsibilities of the state for fostering cultural contacts between various regions in India, and between India and the world. It has constituent units, centre and interpretation centres spread all across India. The brown colour emblem of this academy has a horn and a traditional mask placed within a rectangle as a portrait. SAKTA TILAK Sakta or Shakta sect is the name of a Hindu sect, whose members worship the female principle of energy, which is the counterpart of the god Siva. The metaphysical ideas of Saktism are thus described by Sir Edward Gait, “Saktism is based on the worship of the active producing principle, Prakriti, as manifested in one or other of the goddess wives of Siva (Durga, Kali, Parvati) the female energy or Sakti of the primordial male, Purusha or Siva. Saktism reveres the Supreme as the Divine Mother, Sakti or Devi, in Her many forms, both gentle and fierce. Saktas use mantra, tantra, yantra, yoga and puja to invoke cosmic forces and awaken the kundalini power. JAWAHARLAL NEHRU CENTRE FOR ADVANCED SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) is an autonomous institution established in 1989 by the Department of Science and Technology of Government of India to commemorate the birth centenary year of Jawaharlal Nehru. The centre was recognized as an Institution Deemed to be University by University Grants Commission in 2002. The emblem of the institute has a tower carrying the flame on the cauldron atop. The tower is superscribed by the initials of Jawaharlal Nehru and at the bottom its acronym is written in blue sans serif font. The flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power.

ARMY TRAINING COMMAND The philosophy of Indian Army’s Training Command is “No soldier or officer should ever lose his life or limb in combat, because he was inadequately trained”. The aim of the Command is to maximize effectiveness of training and establish a dedicated organization for formulating concepts and doctrines, which are specifically applicable to our operational environment. The Army Training Command (ARTRAC) came into being on October 1, 1991 at Mhow in Madhya Pradesh. It subsequently shifted to Shimla on March 31, 1993. The sleeve patch of the Training Command is red, black and red horizontal striped badge and crossed swords golden yellow.

AT the bottom in a banner its tagline in Sanskrit ‘सरस्वती नमस्तुभ्यम्' meaning ‘Obeisance to Saraswati’.
