The emblem of Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University (PAHERU) has an open book with a flame atop on a light blue circle. The glowing circle also carries its name ‘Pacific University’ and its motto in Sanskrit ‘सिद्धिर्भवतु मे सर्वदा’ (Shloka 5, Saraswati Stotram, Sage Agastya) meaning ‘May Bestow Upon me the Capacity of Right Understanding, Always’. The colour blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty; the flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power and the open book represents knowledge, wisdom, learning and education.
