The insignia of OPJS University (OPJSU) has a circular blur star with multiple points has a bright green border in it bearing its name and place houses a motif of an elated human with red face and mortarboard hat and two swooshes of green and red on it. The swooshes bear its motto. The blue star appears like a badge and it symbolises belongingness, achievement, success and identity; the human being denotes the student, who is the beneficiary; the mortarboard hat or oxford hat denotes educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage; the colour blue denotes serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty and the bright green colour denotes balance, nature, spring, rebirth and prosperity.
