SARDAR PATEL UNIVERSITY

The Sardar Patel University is a State private university established through legislation by the Madhya Pradesh Act No. 26 of 2011. The crest of the university is in the form of a shield in red colour with the motifs of an open book in yellow and green colours, a pair of fresh leaves, a shining sun and a cyan and red human like figures supported by its acronym ‘SPU’. On the bottom of the shield on a golden banner its motto in Sanskrit ‘ज्ञानेन प्रकाशते जगतू’  meaning ‘Knowledge Lightens up the World’ is written. The shield symbolises protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the pair of fresh leaves signifies fertility, hope, growth, abundance and peace; open book denotes knowledge and wisdom; the sun means light, universal prosperity and path for growth; the two joyful humans signify the transformation of students who study in the university and the colour red symbolises passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration.

The NISG was registered as a Section 25 company in May 2002 with its headquarters at Hyderabad. The vision of NISG is to establish itself as a centre of excellence in e-Governance to facilitate application of public and private resources to e-Governance in the areas of: strategic planning, project consulting, capacity building, and research and innovation. KARNATAKA POLICE Police in Karnataka were called by various names in different regions. After initiation of policing, they were initially called Thoti, Talwar, Umbalidhar, Kattubidi, Neeraganti etc. The police primarily with policing used to do other jobs entrusted to them.
