The Raffles University at Neemrana was established by an Act of Rajasthan State Legislature, as per Section 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956, is a multi disciplinary university offering education through its schools of law, management, engineering and technology, basic and applied sciences, agricultural sciences, pharmacy and humanities and social sciences. The emblem of the university has a shield divided into four quadrants alternating maroon and gold colours holding an open book and a horse. The shield represents the belief in defending democracy, liberty and equality in opportunities. The four quadrants represent balance in life. The book represents knowledge and developing capability. The horse represents vision of power, potency, robustness and strength. The white symbolises reverence, simplicity and optimism; the colour maroon creativity and alumni networking and the colour gold  prestige and quality. The name of the university is written at the bottom.
