INDIRA GANDHI UNIVERSITY The circular emblem of Indira Gandhi University, Rewari (IGU) has a thick orange border houses a number of motifs and a supporting orange banner. The tagline in Sanskrit ‘सत्यमेव जयते’ meaning ‘Truth Alone Triumphs’ inspires one to follow the path of truth. The rays of the sun indicate that the light of knowledge destroys the darkness spread around us. The torchlight at the centre of the logo is symbolic of the fact that we can light the dark paths of ignorance with the torch of knowledge and move towards success and fulfilment.
