ATMA DARSHAN YOGASHRAM A 12 petalled blue lotus supports a hexagram or Shatakona Yantra in red and blue forms the emblem of Atma Darshan Yogashram. In the centre an orange flame is glowing and at the bottom triangle ‘यं’ is written. The blue lotus refers to  beauty, prosperity, fertility, eternity and spirituality; the flame refers to enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power and ‘यं’ refers to the bija mantra for Vayu.

LALIT NARAYAN MITHILA UNIVERSITY Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) Kameshwaranagar, Darbhanga is an outcome of long cherished desire of the people of Mithila. The Lalit Narayan Mithila University with its headquarters at Darbhanga was established by an ordinance in 1972. Its red colour emblem has a rising sun placed in the middle of a hexagram surrounded by a eight petalled lotus and circumscribed by a border bearing its motto in Sanskrit ‘आत्मा वा अरे द्रष्टव्यः’ (Verse 2.4.5, Section IV - Yajnavalkya and Maitreyi (I), Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘The Self should be Realised’ and its name in Devanagari, separated by a pair of fish. AURO UNIVERSITY OF HOSPITALITY AND MANAGEMENT Inspired by the vision and teachings of Sri Aurobindo Ghosh and The Mother, Rama family established the Auro University of Hospitality and Management (AUHM) in 2011 through The Gujarat Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2011. The emblem of the university has the motif of Sri Aurobindo Ghosh and The Mother, a hexagram with lotus motif inside in an orange background and a lotus motif with twelve petals on which it is placed. At its right its name is written in crisp sans serif font. At the bottom its motto ‘Integral & Transformational Learning’ is written on a blue banner. The hexagram symbolises spiritual oneness and in Hinduism it is known as shatkon, six faces or shanmukha and it is considered the union of Shiv (Male) and Shakti (Female). ATMIYA UNIVERSITY Atmiya University was established on April 13, 2018, under the Gujarat Private University Act 11, 2018. The gold and blue circular emblem of the university has a hexagram with blue lines and gold fillings holding a glowing sun with a motif of a learner with an open book with a lotus in the background. This is ensconced in a white border with blue outline, which carries its name and its motto. Its motto in Sanskrit ‘सुह्रदं सर्वभूतानम्’ (Shloka 29, Chapter 5, Bhagavad Gita) is an expression of willingness to attain harmony with each creation of the Almighty. It means ‘Friend of All Beings’. The hexagram has been used in India daily for thousands of years. VEER NARMAD SOUTH GUJARAT UNIVERSITY Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) is a public university located in the city of Surat, Gujarat, India. It was established in 1965 as South Gujarat University and was renamed in 2004 in honour of the famous scholar and Gujarati poet Narmad. The yellow colour logo of the university has an emblem and a word mark. The emblem has a right hand spiral placed in the centre of a hexagram or sexagram - a six-pointed geometric star, ensconced in a circular sprocket wheel or chakra, is surrounded by a three segmented circular border - one carrying its name in Gujarati, the other its name in English and the third one at the bottom carries its motto in Sanskrit ‘सत्यं ज्ञानं अनन्तम्’ meaning ‘True Knowledge is Infinite’. INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE Indian Institute of Science (IISc) came into existence on May 27, 1909 in Bangalore following a vesting order and resolution passed by the government of India to establish the Institute. In August 2019 IISc got a new logo. The new seal is a refined version of IISc’s traditional emblem made compatible with modern digital media. The current logo is six pointed hexagram (greek) or sexagram (Latin) created using strokes of orange, bright green and blue is fresh, is used to conjure spiritual forces. The acronym of the name is written in black in upper and lowercase letters.
