CITY AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF MAHARASHTRA LIMITED  CIDCO is an acronym of the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited. Completely owned by the State Government incorporated as a company on March 17, 1970 it is a public sector undertaking of the Government. CIDCO is notified by the State Government as the New Town Development Authority (NTDA). The Government later widened the scope of CIDCO’s activities delegating the responsibility as the Special Development Authority (SPA). Today CIDCO has earned a reputation as the premier town planning and development agency in the country. Its light blue and dark blue logo has a motif of abstract depiction of a highrise building with a halo. This is supported by its acronym is English and its tagline ‘We Make Cities’.

TEZPUR UNIVERSITY Tezpur University was established on January 21, 1994 as per the Tezpur University Act, 1993 enacted by the Parliament. The establishment of Tezpur University is considered to be one of the outcomes of the Assam Accord. Its circular logo in dark and light blue has the base of a book evolving into flying birds, topped by mountain peaks and crested by an atomic structure, with a background of dark blue with light blue lines. These are ensconced by a border on which its name, date of establishment and its motto in Sanskrit ‘विज्ञानं यज्ञं तनुते’ meaning ‘Specialized Knowledge Promotes Creativity’ are written. Mountain peaks denote its geography and the peaks one has to conquer, atomic structure represents science and the book is the source of knowledge to gain and to fly as a free and enlightened as birds. 

NATIONAL PROJECTS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION LIMITED National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) is a ‘Mini Ratna Category-I’ company established on January 9, 1957 as a premier company in the construction category to create the necessary infrastructure for the economic development of the country in the core sectors of irrigation and water resources as well as power and heavy industries. NPCC is specialised in the fields such as township and buildings, surface transport projects, dams, weirs, project management consultancy, thermal power projects and hydroelectric projects. The logo of NPCC is designed with a pyramid structure using shades of blue. The abbreviation of the organisation’s name NPCC is written in English, while ‘एनपीसीसी’ is mentioned in Devanagari. The company’s tagline ‘Project Eecellence Since 1957’ is placed just below logo.
