SHRI RAWATPURA SARKAR UNIVERSITY The predominantly orange circular emblem of Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University (SRU) has two layers of lotuses in light and dark orange houses a diagram of an atom supported by its acronym ‘SRU’. The circular orange border bears its name and its motto in Sanskrit ‘सत्यम् ज्ञानम् अनंतम्’ meaning ‘ True Knowledge is Infinite’ is written and supported by a pair of laurels. The colour orange symbolises energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness; lotus denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty; the drawing of an atom denotes science, engineering and technology and the laurels denote ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.

SHREE JAGANNATH SANSKRIT UNIVERSITY Shree Jagannath Sanskrit University, established in the year 1981, is the third of the eighteen Sanskrit universities of India. Its present campus is at Shree Vihar, Puri. The emblem of the university has a Sudarshana Chakra found atop the tower of the Lord Jagannath, Puri. The Rigveda states that this wheel is a symbol of Lord Vishnu and it is a wheel of time. This is used by him for the destruction of demons. Around the Chakra on top the name of the university is written and below the chakra its motto in Sanskrit ‘सत्यम् ज्ञानम् अनन्तम्’ meaning ‘True Knowledge is Infinite’ is written.

VEER NARMAD SOUTH GUJARAT UNIVERSITY Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) is a public university located in the city of Surat, Gujarat, India. It was established in 1965 as South Gujarat University and was renamed in 2004 in honour of the famous scholar and Gujarati poet Narmad. The yellow colour logo of the university has an emblem and a word mark. The emblem has a right hand spiral placed in the centre of a hexagram or sexagram - a six-pointed geometric star, ensconced in a circular sprocket wheel or chakra, is surrounded by a three segmented circular border - one carrying its name in Gujarati, the other its name in English and the third one at the bottom carries its motto in Sanskrit ‘सत्यं ज्ञानं अनन्तम्’ meaning ‘True Knowledge is Infinite’.
