NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY DELHI National Institute of Technology Delhi (NITD) is one of the thirty one NITs established in the year 2010 by an act of parliament and has been declared as an Institute of National Importance. NIT Delhi is an autonomous institute which functions under the aegis of Ministry of Education, Government of India. The emblem of NITD seems to have been inspired by architecture and building design concepts. It has its acronym arranged as blocks of buildings as walls, entrances, windows and openings, arranged one over the other. The ‘building’ has a curved finish of horizontal lines. This is ensconced by a circular border resembling the Greek Key or Meandros pattern. In Ancient Greece, the unbroken, interlocking pattern of the Meander (Meandros) or Greek Key, was one of the most important symbols; it symbolised infinity, unity and the eternal flow of life through reproduction. 14 INFANTRY DIVISION The 14 Infantry Division is a division of the Indian Army fought in the World War II. It fought in the Arakan Campaign 1942-1943 and was subsequently converted into a Training Division, providing drafts of replacements for units of the Fourteenth Army during the Burma Campaign. It is also called as the Golden Key  division. CONTROLLER OF CERTIFYING AUTHORIETIES The Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) is an organisation that administers and monitors the functioning of Certification Authorities that issue encrypted (a technique for secure communication) digital certificates. This type of encryption allows relying parties to have an authenticated transfer of data under secure connection and CCA has well defined methods of assuring the identity of parties to whom it issues certificates. It also confirms the attribution of a public key to an identified physical person by means of a public key certificate. This logo is a brandmark comprising of graphic - Key and text elements.
