BIRANGANA SATI SADHANI RAJYIK VISHWAVIDYALAYA Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya (BSSRV) has been established by the Government of Assam under the Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya Act 2020. The emblem of the university has a brown circular border which carries the name of the university holding the motifs of a nib of a pen, a head with mortarboard hat on a blue circular slab with planets and an open book supporting all these. On either side of these is a laurel and on the back a scroll. The name of the university is written in Assamese and its year of establishment surmount all these motifs. There is a green colour base on which all the elements are placed and on its edges the place of the university is written.
