The red and yellow circular seal of Inteyoga Swami Krishnananda Yoga Vidyapeeth (ISKYV) hasa a person in yogic posture with marking of tantric spots,is surmounted by its motto in Sanskrit ‘प्रज्ञानं ब्रह्म’ meaning ‘Wisdom is the Brahman’ on a red circle with yellow outline. The colour red symbolises passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration and yellow symbolises happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity.

At the bottom, a banner inscribed with the motto of the college in Tamil ‘‘கற்றனைத் தூறும் அறிவு’ (Thiruvalluvar, 396, Thirukkural) meaning ‘Knowledge Grows As Much As One Learns’ is inscribed is placed on the seal. Athiyaman and Avvaiyar refer to history and heritage; the book, sun and the humans refer to education and educational achievement; the tree refers to nature, sustenance and growth; the computer refers to technology; and the dam refers to the local landmark.
