The border is inscribed with its name and place. The lion refers to power, strength, courage and sovereignty; the trident denotes creation, preservation and destruction; the twin lotuses denote purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty and the letter ஓம் or Ohm is a symbol representing a sacred sound, syllable, mantra and an invocation.

ATAL BIHARI VAJPAYEE INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES DR RAM MANOHAR LOHIA HOSPITAL The circular emblem of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital (ABVIMS RMLH) has a blue circle houning a green banyan tree on which, the Staff of Hermes entwined by a pair of serpents. The tree is supported on either side by  a swastika and the circle is outlined by a white line. It has a blue border on which its motto in Sanskrit ‘करुणा निष्ठा कौशलम् सेवा’ meaning ‘Compassion Loyalty Skill Service’ is inscribed. These are ensconced by a white circular border with black outline which bears its name. Its motto in Sanskrit ‘आर्त्त सेवा सर्व भद्रः शोधशच’ meaning ‘Service to the Community, Care of the Needy and Research for the Good of All’. The word Symphony is written in a custom sans serif condensed typeface in cyan colour, with a white falcon rising out of letter ‘o’. At the bottom its tagline 'Thinking of Tomorrow' is written in black sansserif italics. The falcon refers to speed, power, freedom, focus and determination; the colour green refers to being cool, environment friendly, comfortable and being natural and the colour cyan denotes sky, hope and spring, peace, tranquillity, calmness, relaxation and emotional balance.

LAND PORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA The circular emblem of the Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI) has two circles in saffron and green representing the Indian flag. They also signifies infinity and mobility, which denotes all year round service provided by LPAI. The star on top symbolises power and authority. The National Emblem in gold colour in the logo represents the Government of India. It depicts the authority of LPAI for providing better administration and cohesive management of cross-border movement of goods and passengers.
