D.Y. PATIL EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY The golden emblem of D.Y. Patil Educational Society (DYPES) has a spread of 24 petal lotus housing its motto in Sanskrit ‘ज्ञानाधीनं जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘The Whole World is Covered by Knowledge’ and a traditional divine decoration placed below. The lotus is placed in a circle in which its status is written. These are ensconced by a golden border bearing the name of the university. The seal is surmounted by a flying bald eagle and supported by a banner which bears the motto. The gold colour symbolises wealth, prosperity, power, prestige and achievement; the lotus denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty and the bald eagle symbolises strength, courage, freedom and immortality.

MOHAN BABU UNIVERSITY From a young village boy to a teacher, actor, producer, writer, Member of Parliament, philanthropist and an educationist Shri. Mohan Babu has been three decades of being at the service of people. He was a son of a school headmaster he has continued his father's legacy, first as a teacher and then as the Chairman of Sree Vidyanikethan Educational Trust (SVET). Ever since its inception in 1992, the seed of SVET has flourished into a large Kalpavriksha – helping thousands of young learners fulfil their aspirations.
