PRAGYAN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY The emblem of Pragyan International University (PIU) has a motif of a flower in blue and red with the red petal depicted like an enthusiastic scholar with a mortarboard hat. This is surmounted by the glowing rays of the rising sun. All these motifs are ensconced in a brown circular border, which carries its motto ‘Education Empowerment Enlightenment’. This is further circumscribed by another brown border which carries the name of the university and has a pair of laurels. This seal is further supported by a multi-pointed star. The flower motif and the scholar with mortarboard hat signifies education, learning, wisdom, educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage.
