POLICE PUBLIC SCHOOL, BANGALORE The circular emblem of the Police Public School (PPS), Bangalore has an open book supporting a glowing flame and the state emblem of the State of Karnataka on a background of open sky with clouds. These motifs are ensconced by a red circular border, on which the name of the school and the motto in Sanskrit ‘विद्याधनं सर्वधन प्रधानम्’ meaning ‘Knowledge is the Supreme Wealth’ are written. The open book symbolises learning, education, knowledge and wisdom; the lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the open sky represents innocence, hope, peace, tranquillity, hope and optimism and the colour red symbolises passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration.

INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY JAMMU The Indian Institute of Technology Jammu was inaugurated on August 6, 2016 in Paloura, Jammu. The institute is located in the crown of India - Jammu and Kashmir.
