SANTOSH Santosh University was started In 1995, as Santosh Medical College and Santosh Dental College and Hospitals in Ghaziabad. The emblem of the university has a shield with thick red border bearing Caduceus the Staff of Hermes entwined by a pair of snakes and wings. The staff of Hermes symbolises the medical profession. The shield is supported by a pair of blue laurels and on the bottom of the shield on a red banner its name is written. The shield symbolises protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the laurels signifies victory and achievement and success and the colour red signifies passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration.

BHARATH INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH  Bharath Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) started with Sri Lakshmi Ammal Educational Trust as the first self-financing engineering college in Tamilnadu in 1984 by Dr. S. Jagathrakshakan. The trust established Sree Balaji Dental College and Hospital in 1989. It was recognized as a Deemed to be University by MHRD in July 2002 and placed under the purview of Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER). The emblem of the university has a red gear wheel with yellow borderlines bearing the motto of the university ‘To the Stars by Hard Work’ supported by stars. This houses anorange circle with motifs of a computer, atomic structure, caduceus or the staff of Hermes entwined by a pair of snakes and a pair of dental tools.
