THOLASI JEWELS The seal of Tholasi Jewels is a pair of silhouetted peacocks sitting against each other and facing the exterior holding a diamond between them in burnt pink colour. Peacock and its elements are used in jewellery designs extensively and peacock is considered as a symbol of beauty and grace and is a suitable motif for jewellery. Its name is written below the motif in two lines.

SWA DIAMONDS Concept of SWA Diamonds came into being from Capestone Ventures Pvt Ltd, a leading name in the wholesale diamond jewellers market, that does business with prominent retail jewellers. Swa is an expression of the radiant self. Swa is the beginning of all of creation. The words Swagath, Swara, Swatantra, Swayam, Swapna, Swabhiman, Swarga, Swantham, Swaroopam, Swakaryam, Swasthi, Swad all start with Swa. The crux of the Swa story is that ‘It All Starts with the Self’. The logo is a monogram created using its name ‘SWA’ depicted like an ornamental pendant, with the middle strokes of ‘W’ forming a decorative hook, below which ‘diamonds’ is written in greenish blue colour.

The four pointed star shaped three dimensional logo in greenish blue colours finished like a gem stone has a ‘T’ embedded on it in a precisely cut finish, with sharpness and clarity. Its name is written below in a square sans serif font below this. The character ‘A’ does not have its horizontal stroke.

GEM AND JEWELLERY EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL Set-up in 1966, the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) has over the years effectively moulded the scattered efforts of individual exporters to make the gem and jewellery sector a powerful engine driving India's export-led growth. This apex body of the gem and jewellery industry has played a significant role in the evolution of the Indian gem and jewellery industry to its present stature. GJEPC is continuously working towards creating a pool of artisans and designers trained to international standards so as to consolidate the Indian jewellery industry and establish it as a prominent global player in the jewellery segment. INDIA DIAMOND INSTITUTE With the objective of enhancing the quality, design and global competitiveness of the Indian jewellery, the Indian Diamond Institute (IDI) was established as a Society in 1978 with its office located at Surat, the world’s biggest diamond manufacturing centre. It has two campuses, one in Katargam and the oher in Vesu. The Institute is sponsored by the Department of Commerce and patronized by the Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC). The Institute conducts various diploma and other courses related to diamond trade and industry. The three year diploma course on Diamond, Gem and Jewellery Design and Manufacture conducted by IDI has been accredited by All India Council for Technical Education. The Institute also has certification services for diamonds, coloured stones and gold jewellery.
