CHAUDHARY SARWAN KUMAR HIMACHAL PRADESH KRISHI VISHVAVIDYALAYA The circular predominantly green emblem of Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (CSKHPKV) has a motif of an apple holding the motifs of a pair of plough, head of a cattle, a flowing river, a pine tree, Mount Himalayas with rising sun, a pair of supporting crests of wheat and its name  on a green circular background. Below these, an open book is placed on which its motto is written oa brown banner. Below the spine of the book the year of inception of the university is written. The motifs represent the State of Himachal Pradesh and the domain of agriculture; the open book denotes education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; the colour green denotes agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

GRAPHIC ERA HILL UNIVERSITY The emblem of Graphic Era Hill University (GEHU) university has a gear wheel, which is half and half black carrying its motto ‘Transforming Dreams Into Reality’ on top and its name at the bottom. Within this the monogram of its acronym ‘GE’ is designed as a torch in orange and red. The monogram is placed above the motif of Mount Himalayas. The gear wheel symbolises interconnectedness; efficiency and precision; progress and advancement; synchronisation and timing and order and structure; the Mount Himalayas denote the locale of the university; the torch symbolises  enlightenment and hope; the colour orange symbolises energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness and the colour red symbolises passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration.
