GREATER NOIDA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Greater Noida Industrial Area is located at the intersection of the Western and Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridors and is also the gateway to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). It lies within the National Capital Region of India’s capital - New Delhi and is adjacent to Noida, one of the largest industrial townships in Asia. Set-up in January 1991 under the UP Industrial Area Development Act 1976 , provided the basic enabling framework for developing an efficient and integrated modern city with high service and delivery standards. Its emblem is created using the Hindi and English acronyms of the Authority with a gear wheel, a rail track, an electric pole, a building block and a walking track in green colour.

HYDERABAD METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) was formed by an Act of the then combined state of Andhra Pradesh Government in the year 2008, with an area of 7,257 square kilometre under its purview. HMDA jurisdiction covers 7 Districts, 70 Mandals, 1032 Villages including Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation consisting of 175 Villages and 40 Municipalities / Nagar Panchayats consisting of 138 villages and remaining 719 Villages under jurisdiction of the HMDA. Its logo has ‘HMDA’ written in lowercase larger x-height square and round cornered sans serif letters in black with its motto ‘Growing Global’ at the bottom. Behind this on its right a tricolour of block with cyan, light blue and fresh green quadrants with a silhouette of Charminar, symbolising building a city is placed.

COMPETITION APPELLATE TRIBUNAL The Competition Appellate Tribunal (CAT) is a statutory organization established under the provisions of the Competition Act, 2002 to hear and dispose of appeals against any direction issued or decision made or order passed by the Competition Commission of India under sub-sections (2) and (6) of section 26, section 27, section 28, section 31, section 32, section 33, section 38, section 39, section 43, section 43A, section 44, section 45 or section 46 of the Competition Act, 2002. FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS AUTHORITY OF INDIA The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has been established under Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 which consolidates various acts & orders that have hitherto handled food related issues in various Ministries and Departments. FSSAI has been created for laying down science based standards for articles of food and to regulate their manufacture, storage, distribution, sale and import to ensure availability of safe and wholesome food for human consumption. Its five coloured logo has its acronym in italics in dark blue and the horizontal stroke of ‘f’ extended in orange to form the top border with a dot for ‘i’ in brown dot symbolising a fruit and a green leaf. The letter ‘i’ which is bold in orange symbolises freshness. AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA Airports Authority of India (AAI) came into existence on April 1, 1995. AAI has been constituted as a statutory authority under the Airports Authority of India Act, 1994. It has been created by merging the erstwhile International Airports Authority of India and National Airports Authority with a view to accelerate the integrated development, expansion and modernisation of the air traffic services, passenger terminals, operational areas and cargo facilities at the airports in the country. The light indigo coloured logo has two symmetrical traingular blocks facing on the perpendicular sides symbolising ‘AA’ and hangers with eliptical openings. The space in between has been topped by a solid circle for ‘I’. This has been cut by a stroke of a flying machine.

UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION AUTHORITY OF INDIA

UINQUE IDENTIFICATION AUTHORITY OF INDIA The brand name of the Unique Identification Number (UID) is Aadhaar. The name and logo for the unique numbers to be issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India - UIDAI have been developed keeping in mind the transformational potential of the programme. Together, they communicate the essence and spirit of the UIDAI's mandate to people across the country. The design, which has been selected as the logo for Aadhaar, is a sun in red and yellow, with a fingerprint traced across its centre. The logo effectively communicates the vision for Aadhaar. It represents a new dawn of equal opportunity for each individual, a dawn which emerges from the unique identity the number guarantees for each individual. The logo was designed by Atul S.
