IEC UNIVERSITY The red and blue emblem of IEC University (IECU) has a blue shield with red outline supported by a blue cross bearing the motifs of two humans standing on white cross reaching for stars, and a pencil supporting these motifs. At the right its name is written sans serif extra bold with its motto ‘The Knowledge Experts’ and its place. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the blue cross symbolises the humanity of Jesus Christ; aspiring humans reaching for the stars refers to the process of education provided by the university to make them as achievers; the pencil denotes freedom, intelligence, creativity, professionalism, determination and diligence; blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty; red symbolises passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration.

VIDHYADEEP UNIVERSITY The blue and cyan emblem of Vidhyadeep University (VU) has a facade of an entrance with three pillars holding a mortarboard hat, supporting a set of five stars ensconced by a cyan circular border. These are supported by an open book symbolising knowledge, wisdom, education and learning. The name of the university is written at the bottom using sans serif font. The three pillars of the facade symbolise the bridge to heaven from earth and pillar means strength, security of foundation and trustworthiness; the mortarboard hat or oxford hat educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage symbolises and the set of five stars denote perfect harmony among all things in life, with its points providing insight into how we can strive towards achieving this goal. The pillars end as an inverted pencil, which symbolises freedom, intelligence, creativity, professionalism, determination and diligence.

KAUSHALYA - THE SKILL UNIVERSITY Kaushalya – The Skill University (KTSU) has been established vide an Act of Gujarat Assembly in October, 2021 with the objective of ‘Education with Skill’ and aims at making youth ‘Skill Smart’. The university is established by a legislation of Government of Gujarat in October 2021, as a one of its kind affiliating State University. It offers skill oriented courses through the schools of computing, science, manufacturing and infrastructure, liberal arts, services, management and finance and drone for certificate, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The emblem of the university has a globe topped by a map of India with a highlighted map of the State of Gujarat supporting an open book. Below the globe ‘The Skill University’ is written. SAMAGRA SHIKSHA ABHIYAN

SAMAGRA SHIKSHA Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) - an overarching programme for the school education sector extending from pre-school to class twelve has been, prepared with the broader goal of improving school effectiveness measured in terms of equal opportunities for schooling and equitable learning outcomes. It subsumes the three erstwhile schemes of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) and Teacher Education (TE). The emblem of this mission has a cyan semi-circular base supporting four girls and four boys in blue colour with a pencil in national tricolour in the middle. The pencil is crested with a flame and supported by a book. At the bottom the tagline in Devanagari ‘पढ़े चलो, बड़े चलो' meaning ‘Keep Learning, Keep Growing’ in red is written. This emblem has vibrant colours, dynamic motifs and is simple, attractive and prominent.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNICAL TEACHERS TRAINING AND RESEARCH, CHANDIGARH

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNICAL TEACHERS TRAINING & RESEARCH, CHANDIGARH The National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research Chandigarh (NITTTR, Chandigarh) is one of these four NITTTRs, started in collaboration with the Royal Netherlands Government. It was designed to meet the requirements of developing polytechnic education in the northern region covering the states of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Delhi and the Union Territory of Chandigarh. The logo of NITTTR is an interesting combination of motifs and text in red and black. An ellipse bears a pencil and a gear. This is circumscribed by another ellipse in red lines and dots meaning from ideas to production. The red patch in the background resembling the wing of a hawk means determination in learning and transformation on a continuous basis.
