GURUGRAM UNIVERSITY The emblem of Gurugram University (GU) has a yellow shield supported by a pair of laurels, crested by a flame and by a red banner below. The shield houses the motifs of rising sun, a pair of twigs,an open book, a globe, a human brain, a banyan tree, robot, WiFi symbol, picture of persons holding a trophy, its name and place and a bow and arrow. On the banner its motto in Sanskrit ‘बिद्या जीवनाये न तु जीविकाय’ meaning ‘Knowledge is for Life and Not for Livelihood’ is written. The lamp and the flame represent human energy; the rising sun denotes enlightenment; the twigs denote medicines; the book denotes new world; the globe represents global collaboration; the brain represents the brainstorming for creativity; the banyan or Bodhi tree is the symbol of Sansara (World) and Dharma; the robot and WiFi denote technological advancement; the trophy and persons denote team effort for success and the bow and arrow denote the historical heritage.

BODOLAND UNIVERSITY Bodoland University is a State University established under the Bodoland University Act, 2009 of the Assam Legislative Assembly on February 28, 2009. The picturesque campus of the University is located at Rangila Khata in Kokrajhar. The emblem of the university is depicted like a chariot carrying the motifs of a traditional lamp, a lotus, an open book, its motto in Sanskrit ‘श्रद्धावान् लभते ज्ञानम्’ (Verse 39, Chapter 4, Bhagavad Gita) meaning ‘The Man of Faith Obtains Knowledge’, musical instruments from the locale and a pair of wheels carrying the hood of the chariot. SARVEPALLI RADHAKRISHNAN RAJASTHAN AYURVED UNIVERSITY Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur is the first Ayurved university of Rajasthan and the second of its kind in India. The emblem of the university has a tree on earth near a waterbody, a rising sun, microscope and a pestle. At the bottom its motto in Sanskrit ‘धन्वातिष्टन्नोषधिर्नीम्नमापः’ is written. All these are ensconced in a red circular border which carries its name in Devanagari and English. The year of its establishment is placed above the border at the bottom. All these are placed in a red square box. RAJASTHAN ILD SKILLS UNIVERSITY Rajasthan ILD Skills University (RISU) has been incorporated as Rajasthan Government State University vide Act No. 6 of 2017. The emblem in the tones between orange to red has a traditional arch of Rajasthani architecture painted with strokes of yellow and red tones and has its acronym in white at its left bottom. A yellow colour banner bearing its name in Devanagari and English is on its bottom. PUNJAB ENGINEERING COLLEGE Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University) (PEC) started in Lahore as Mugalpura Engineering College in 1921. The institute became Deemed University in 2003 through a MHRD notification and rechristened as PEC University of Technology in 2009. The emblem of the university is its acronym created using yellow sans serif bold font. The top horizontal stroke of ‘E’ is tilting upwards and is in red colour indicating inquisitiveness and ready to go higher. Below the acronym its motto ‘Explore Innovation Excel’ is written in red. The emblem is trendy, bold and attractive. SANT GADGE BABA AMRAVATI UNIVERSITY Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University (SGBAU) was established on Maharashtra Day, on May 1, 1983. The emblem of the university has a glowing red sun on a yellow circular background, cresrted by its motto in Sanskrit ‘सा विद्या या विमुक्तये’ meaning ‘That which Liberates is Knowledge’ which forms part of a verse appearing in Vishnu-Purana (1.19.41) and supported by an open book bearing its year of establishment. The emblem of the college has a sun like gear wheel treated like a glowing sun bears on it the name of the college and inside this on a yellow circle motifs of a pair of meshing gear wheels, a computer, an irrigation water dam and a electrical transmission tower. KAVIKULAGURU KALIDAS SANSKRIT UNIVERSITY Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit University (KKSU) was established on September 18, 1997. It is named to pay rich tribute to legendary Sanskrit Mahakavi Kalidas. The logo of university has the ‘samai’ that is the lamp in the centre symbolising that Sanskrit is like the lamp that is mild yet powerfully showing the path of knowledge though its peculiar qualities like calmness, sacredness and guiding force. Books are the representation of the treasure of Sanskrit language. These sciences are symbolised as petals of a flower. The tagline ‘राष्ट्रहिताय संकृत्म्म्’ is the basis of the logo. It puts forward the intention of being a nation lover at the same time being a world citizen by constantly contributing to nation building. Two lotus buds surround the slogan represent the students and learners who are keen on learning the language. It is named after Bharat Ratna Rajarshi Purusottam Das Tandon ji, an illustrious son of Mother India. KARNATAKA RASHTRA SAMITHI  Karnataka Rashtra Samithi (KRS) is an Indian political party based in Karnataka. Its mottos include "regional; honest and pro-people; politics should be established; citizens of political parties; don't be a slave; they have to be owners; regionalism and federalism and there has to be reinforcement”. The party’s election symbol is a torch in a red circle with yellow border.

BIKAJI FOODS INTERNATIONAL LTD.

BIKAJI FOODS INTERNATIONAL LTD. In the late eighties, Shivratan Agarwal created a new identity for himself by creating the brand Bikaji. The name Bikaji is derived from Bika Rao- the founder of Bikaner and Ji, used as a mark of respect in India. The lemon fruit shaped red colour logo has an orangish yellow border with its name white colour sans serif text. The text has curved endings on one side of its strokes, making it crisp while being nuanced, maybe imitating the quality of the food it represents.
