CHAUDHARY BANSI LAL UNIVERSITY Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani is a State University established by the Government of Haryana under Act No. 25 of 2014. It has been recognized by the University Grants Commission under 2F. This is a teaching and affiliating university to facilitate higher education in multi-disciplines with special emphasis on sports and physical education. The gold and blue emblem of the university is a shield with motifs and embellishments and supported by a banner bearing its motto in Sanskrit ‘विद्या गुरूणां गुरुः’(Guru Vishnu Sharma, Hitopdesha) meaning ‘Education is the Teacher of the Teachers’. The shield is crested by a yogi symbolic of synergy to have good physical and mental health.
