BABU DINESH SINGH UNIVERSITY Babu Dinesh Singh University (BDSU) at Garhwa, Jharkhand is a Private University has been established on February 17, 2023. The emblem of the university has a banyan tree supporting a rising sun enclosing a mortarboard hat and acronym of its name and tagline and supported by its year of establishment. These are enclosed in a blue circular border, which carries its name and place.This emblem is placed on a flower spread with twelve blue leaves and twelve greenish blue petals. The emblem is supported on either side by laurels and by a golden banner at the bottom. The motto of the university in Sanskrit ‘विद्याधनं सर्वधनप्रधानं’ meaning ‘Wealth of Knowledge is the Chief of All Wealth’ is inscribed on the banner.
