RAICHUR UNIVERSITY

RAICHUR UNIVERSITY Raichur University is located in Raichur, Karnataka. The university was established in 2021 by an Act of Karnataka State near Yeragera village. Earlier it was a postgraduate centre of Gulbarga University, Kalaburagi in a mountainous and forest locale. It caters to the educational requirements of Yadgiri and Raichur. Its emblem has a shield with an orange elephant in a red background, with flowy lines of blue and green supporting and a border on top as a rampart. Below the shield its motto in Kannada ‘ವಿದ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ಅಮರತ್ವವು’ meaning ‘Immortality Through Knowledge’ is written. The green blue colours represent the two rivers of Krishna and Bhima; the ramparts represent the Kalaburagi Fort and the elephant represents the historical past and it signifies power, strength, unity and wisdom. The name of the university is written above the shield. 

RAJ RISHI BHARTRIHARI MATSYA UNIVERSITY

RAJ RISHI BHARTRIHARI MATSYA UNIVERSITY Establishment of Matsya University, Alwar was notified vide Gazette of Madhya Pradesh on August 23, 2012. The name of university was changed to Raj Rishi Bhartrihari Matsya University, Alwar on July 4, 2014. The emblem of the university has the motifs of a human in a meditating posture housing the acronym and place of the institution and year of establishment, with an open book and a traditional lamp. This is supported by its motto in Sanskrit ‘श्रद्धावाँल्लभते ज्ञानम्’ (39, Chapter 4, Srimad Bhagavad Gita) ‘The Devoted and Faithful Gain Knowledge’. All these are ensconced in a white border with green and orange outlines. This border holds the name of the university in Devanagari and English. The meditating posture is called the lotus pose or padmasana. SHRI KRISHNA AYUSH UNIVERSITY Shri Krishna Ayush University (SKAU) is a university established on September 25, 2017. The emblem of the university has a big palm of hand holding a joyous motif of a blue coloured human looking like a trunk of a tree with green leaves, surrounded by a pair of orange laurels. These are ensconced by a red circle. The name of the university is written in English and Devanagari in red and blue respectively around the red circle. This is circumscribed by a blue circular line. At the bottom, on a banner its motto in Sanskrit ‘चिकित्सितात् पुण्यतमं न किच्चित्’ meaning ‘There is Nothing More Holier Than Being Healed’ is placed. SWAYAM SWAYAM is a programme initiated by the Government of India and designed to achieve the three cardinal principles of Education Policy viz., access, equity and quality. The objective of this effort is to take the best teaching learning resources to all, including the most disadvantaged. It has a set of books connected by a wire to a mouse; its tagline ‘Free Online Education’ in red colour and the name ‘Swayam’ written in sans serif bold in blue tones - with the counters of ‘a’s are filled with orange and green and its motto in Sanskrit ‘शिक्षित भारत, उन्नत भारत’ meaning ‘Educated India, Advanced India’.
