PEACOCK FEATHERS The peacock feather, known as Sikhipincham in Sanskrit and Mayur Pankh in Hindi, holds profound symbolism as a regal adornment on Lord Krishna's crown. The origin of this sacred adornment is attributed to a mystical event. As Krishna played his flute in the Govardhan hills, the enchanting melody inspired the peacocks to dance joyfully.
