HINDI UNIVERSITY The blue colour circular emblem of the Hindi University (HU), Howrah has a blue circle which holds the acronyms of the university in Devanagari and English. The seal is very simple, easy to understand and direct. This gives the seal its elegance and effortless communicability.

ATAL BIHARI VAJPAYEE HINDI VISHWAVIDYALAYA Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya (ABVHV) was established on December 19, 2011 by Madhya Pradesh Act No. 34, 2011. The orange and red emblem of the university has a monogram using its Devanagari acronym in white colour placed on a red circle and circumscribed by a snake. These are ensconced by a circular border in orange colour with red outline bearing the name of the university in Devanagari and a pair of horns of deer and its year of establishment. At the bottom of this emblem on a red banner the motto of the university is written in Sanskrit ‘न हि ज्ञानेन सदृशं पवित्रमिह विद्यते’ (Shloka 38, Chapter 4, Bhagavad Gita) meaning ‘In this World, there is Nothing as Pure and Virtuous as the Pursuit of Knowledge’. SONY ENTERTAIMENT TELEVISION Sony Entertainment Television (SET) is a 24-hour Hindi general entertainment channel that provides complete family entertainment. It offers a complete spectrum of genres from thrillers to dramas, events to comedies, game shows to dance shows and much more. Its logo is a square golden coloured glittering and embossed ‘S’ place in a square of which the top half is dark brown and the bottom half is gold coloured. Its name in reverse lettering in bold slab serif is written on the top half and the rest of its name is written in dark brown on the golden background.
