PVR LTD. Started as ‘Priya Village Roadshow’ PVR Ltd. is the market leader in terms of screen count in India. Since 1997, the brand has redefined the cinema industry and the way people watch movies in the country. The Company has added screens and it includes ‘Cinemax Cinemas’ in November 2012, ‘DT Cinemas’ in May 2016 and ‘SPI Cinemas’ in August 2018 to its screen network. Currently, it operates 846 screens in 176 cinemas in 71 cities in India and Sri Lanka with an aggregate seating capacity of approximately 1.82 lakhs seats. Its emblem is a monogram of its name ‘PVR’ in yellow with ‘p’ and ‘R’ endorsing a cinematic slim, tall, with sharp cut and angular ends ‘V’. As yellow stands the most prominent in black background, especially in dark or dull theatre environments, this compact logo is the most suited for this business.

INDIA POST For more than 150 years, the Department of Post (DoP) has been the backbone of the India’s communication and has played a crucial role in the country’s socio-economic development. It touches the lives of Indian citizens in many ways: delivering mails, accepting deposits under Small Savings Schemes, providing life insurance cover under Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) and providing retail services like bill collection, sale of forms, etc. The DoP also acts as an agent for Government of India in discharging other services for citizens such as Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) wage disbursement and old age pension payments. With 1,55,618 Post Offices, the DoP has the most widely distributed postal network in the world.
