In German it means ‘nest’. The current logo has a mother bird feeding two young birds in a nest on a branch with a leaf, thereby creating a visual connection with its cereal products for infants. The name of the company is written below the pictorial using sans serif type in capital and lowercase with round corners and ‘N’ having an elongated horizontal stroke.

The emblem of the university is a rectangle divided diagonally in light pink and black. It houses an open book bearing the motifs of a torch and flying bird, supported by its acronym. TEZPUR UNIVERSITY Tezpur University was established on January 21, 1994 as per the Tezpur University Act, 1993 enacted by the Parliament. The establishment of Tezpur University is considered to be one of the outcomes of the Assam Accord. Its circular logo in dark and light blue has the base of a book evolving into flying birds, topped by mountain peaks and crested by an atomic structure, with a background of dark blue with light blue lines. These are ensconced by a border on which its name, date of establishment and its motto in Sanskrit ‘विज्ञानं यज्ञं तनुते’ meaning ‘Specialized Knowledge Promotes Creativity’ are written. Its logo in maroon has a symbol and wordmark. The symbol represents a flying object - a bird and alright mark and the wordmark is written in lowercase sans serif with varying stroke thickness.
